a. The Head of Mission should be able to run the following tasks:
- To define and to follow the activities development
- To be dealing with the external communication
- To participate to funds research
b. Details of responsibilities:
- Responsible for the correct implementation of the project guidelines
- In charge of the continuous assessment of the relevance of the programs (needs, coherence, etc.), and of the analysis of the potential risks relative to the context evolutions
- Responsible for the coordination among different projects, different action levels and different action areas
- Identifies and analyzes potential partnerships
- Promotes research of funds for its projects
c. Required competencies:
- Bac +4 in education
- Experience in development activities
- Significant experience in social missions
- Experience in child and teenagers protection and education
d. Personal skills:
- Fluent in English
- A good personal and professional communications skills
- Managerial, organizational and coordination skills
